SHIPPING POLICY

At GDSBRAND, we charge a shipping fee based on where you are located in the world. Depending on the distance, this may affect the price, as we want to make sure your orders are protected and get to you safely. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GDSBRAND. Returns are issued only if items are defective or an exchange is not possible based on sizes being out of stock. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
